When should I book my wedding treatments?

As soon as you have confirmed the date, your hair and make-up is a big part of making you feel special on your big day, so to avoid disappointment it is best to book as far in advance as possible.

 

I don’t know where to start with my wedding hair and make-up can you help?

Yes! Our team are available Monday to Saturday 9am-6pm, please call us to discuss any queries you have about your wedding treatments and we will be happy to offer our very best professional advice.

 

Do I need to have a trial for my wedding hair & make-up?

It is highly recommended by us that you have a trial prior to your wedding date, our stylist/ make-up artists can then work with you to create a look you are comfortable with and coordinate it with the style of your wedding. They will also be able to give you pre wedding skincare advice, and tips on how to make the best of your natural beauty. It will also ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day of the wedding as you know exactly what you will be getting.


My wedding is less than a month away, can you help?

If your wedding is less than a month away please call us on 0844 561 79 48, we should still be able to help you so don’t worry!

 

I am on a budget, how can I pay for my wedding treatments?

Once you have booked the desired package for you and your attendants, you will need to pay an initial £30.00 deposit to secure your date. You can then either pay monthly instalments using a debit or credit card or pay the final balance 4 weeks prior to the wedding date. ( charges will apply for late payments)

 

Can I find out information about my specialist?

Every Specialist working with 1 Look Beauty has an online profile. You can view their qualification and insurance certificates, their photograph, and experience.

How do I pay?

You can pay by Debit/Credit Card or PayPal. Full payment is taken upon booking. Our Specialists do not accept cash on the day.

The website won't accept my card details, what should I do?

What information do I need to book an appointment?

In order for us to book you appointment, we need your full name and address, the address of the appointment, an email address and mobile telephone number and your credit/debit card details

When will I receive my confirmation email?

As soon as your payment has been processed you will receive a confirmation email to your nominated email address.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

You may cancel your appointment at any time up to 48 hours before the time scheduled, any cancellations made after this time will not be refunded.

Are cancellations accepted via email?

No. Cancellations must be by telephone and within 48 hours of your appointment. Refunds for cancellations before 48 hours will be made within 3-5 days.

What if I have any allergies?

If you have any contraindications or health concerns that you feel may impact your treatment you must let our team know at least 48hours prior to your booking.

What products will my Specialist use?

You can see the product ranges that each Specialist uses on their online profile.

What is my Specialist can't make my appointment?

In the event that the Specialist is unable to attend your appointment, we reserve the right to appoint a suitably qualified substitute, approved by1 Look Beauty, to perform the services. You will be informed of this change by1 look beauty.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we offer a wide range of vouchers that can be tailored to suit the recipient's needs. Visit our gift voucher page to find out more.

Can I book an appointment as a gift?

Yes, as long as you have the time/date, full address details and a contact number and email address, this is no problem. Alternatively you can purchase a gift voucher and allow them to choose the time/date and treatment. Vouchers also include FREE delivery.

Can I share my appointment?

Yes. Up to two people can share the time with one Specialist and split the cost. Anymore than two people would be a party/group booking.

What are your working hours?

Our specialists take bookings between 9am and 9pm, Monday to Sunday.

Do I get a discount if I book regularly?

Yes, for using our services on multiple

  • Book 5 treatments and receive 10% off your next booking
  • Book 10 treatments and receive 25% off your next booking

What do I do if I am unhappy?
