Booking with a Specialist

By booking an appointment, you enter into a contract on these terms and conditions with the Specialist for their supply of services to you, in accordance with your booking. Please note, 1 Look Beauty provides booking and administration services to the Specialist and is not a party to this contract. 1 Look Beauty is not responsible for any act or omission of the Specialist or for any negligence on their part.

Payment and Cancellations

1 Look Beauty will secure your booking with the specialist by taking full payment by credit or debit card at the time of booking. Parking and congestion charge costs may apply and be added to your final bill. You will be notified of additional charges by1 Look Beauty. The Specialists confirm that 1 Look Beauty is collecting this payment on behalf of the Specialist. You may cancel your appointment free of charge at any time up to 48 hours before the time scheduled for the appointment. To cancel any appointment, you must contact1 Look Beauty. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded. For appointments booked by you less than 48 hours in advance, cancellations will be charged in full.

Disclaimers

At the appointment the Specialist will discuss your medical history and your contraindication form with you. You will be asked to sign a disclaimer form for insurance purposes. If you are under the age of 16, this disclaimer must be signed by your parent or guardian. In the event that the Specialist is unable to attend your appointment. We reserve the right to appoint a suitably qualified substitute to perform the services. You will be informed of this change by1 l Look Beauty. In the event that and a suitable substitute can not be arranged, 1 Look Beauty will contact you to reschedule and a 10% reduction on the price of your appointment will be applied. You are entitled to full refund if you decide not to reschedule your appointment
